The finalists for the 2026 Scottish Home Awards, sponsored by Ross + Liddell, have officially been revealed.
Following a judging session held last week, a panel of industry experts came together to review more than 115 entries submitted from across the country. After careful consideration, finalists have now been selected across 21 award categories, showcasing the very best of Scotland’s homebuilding sector.
From ambitious regeneration projects to outstanding affordable housing developments, this year’s shortlist highlights the breadth, innovation and quality of work helping to shape communities across Scotland. The finalists represent organisations and individuals who are delivering excellence and setting new benchmarks within the industry.
Winners will be announced at the Scottish Home Awards ceremony on Thursday 18th June 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central. The event will bring together hundreds of housing industry leaders for an evening dedicated to celebration, connection and recognition.
