Scotland’s largest independent awards initiative for the housing industry, the Scottish Home Awards, has officially launched its 2026 programme, marking 19 years of celebrating excellence across the sector.

Sponsored by Ross & Liddell, the awards have now opened their call for entries, inviting housebuilders, developers, and housing associations from across the country to submit their best new residential projects for national recognition.
