Scotland’s leading celebration of excellence in housing and development has revealed its 2025 winners following a glittering awards dinner in Glasgow.

600 guests gathered at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Glasgow Central, last night to mark the 18th annual Scottish Home Awards, sponsored by Ross & Liddell, which recognise outstanding achievements across the new build housing sector and celebrate the people and organisations creating high-quality, sustainable, and desirable homes throughout the country.

Hosted by Des Clarke,  the ceremony honoured winners across 19 award categories. The event, which continues to champion innovation, sustainability, and community impact in the housing sector, saw Cala Homes, CCG (Scotland), and Caledonia Housing Association among the big winners of the night.

Top awards included Housebuilder of the Year (More than 100 units) – Barratt Homes & David Wilson Homes West Scotland, House of the Year – The Blair, The Monktons, Craighall Village – Cala Homes (East), Housing Association of the Year – Caledonia Housing Association and Excellence in Sustainability – CCG (Scotland)

The awards continue to highlight the importance of delivering homes that not only meet the highest standards of quality and design but also serve the needs of communities—especially in the social housing and regeneration sectors. Notable wins included Link Group Ltd for Dunbeg Phase 3 in Argyll, and Govan Housing Group alongside Collective Architecture and CCG (Scotland), who were recognised for their outstanding regeneration work.

The evening also featured a charitable fundraising initiative, with guests showing generous support for It’s Good To Give, adding further meaning to a night of celebration and connection for the Scottish housing community.

The Scottish Home Awards would like to thank all sponsors, supporters, entrants, and attendees for contributing to another successful year celebrating the people and projects shaping Scotland’s housing landscape.
