This year’s judging panel, led by Colin Cumberland, director of Eskgrove Homes and former director of Applecross Homes, comprises a diverse group of experts with extensive experience across the Scottish housing industry. Their collective expertise ensures a thorough and fair evaluation process, underscoring the prestige of this independent awards programme.
