17th Annual Scottish Home Awards Launches  

 

Scotland’s largest independent awards initiative for the housing industry has launched its 2024 programme with a call for the best new residential projects in the country to come forward.

The 17th annual Scottish Home Awards, sponsored by Ross & Liddell, has launched its annual competition and encouraged the housing sector to get involved in the national celebration with recognises and rewards achievements in the sector.

The independent awards program serves as a valuable platform for house builders and housing associations, enabling them to enhance the promotion, sale, or rental of their properties and businesses.  It plays a crucial role in spotlighting and endorsing high-quality standards in construction and customer care.

Andrew Cunningham, Director of Ross & Liddell, one of Scotland’s largest property management companies and headline sponsor of the awards, commented;

Leading judges of this prestigious event is Colin Cumberland, director of Eskgrove Homes and formerly of Applecross Homes.  He chairs a diverse panel with a range of backgrounds drawn from across the Scottish housing industry, bringing experience and expertise to the evaluation process.

The Scottish Home Awards also support ‘It’s Good 2 Give’ and The Ripple Retreat a luxury residential retreat on the shores of Loch Venacher in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park and has raised over £30,000 in donations from the sector.
