We are delighted to be involved in a programme which will promote the quality and diversity of Scotland's new build residential property.

The UK government's Housing Green Paper set out ambitious targets for the industry to build three million new homes by 2020 with up to 70,000 of those being social housing. The Scottish Government has warned that Scotland will need around 270,000 new homes in the next ten years to meet growing demand. Quality homes provision is vital in creating and sustaining happy and healthy communities. Dunfermline Building Society strongly supports the work of the industry in achieving
this ambition.

The Scottish Home Awards will play its part in a bright future for quality housing for all by presenting an independent and credible badge of merit that will signify and promote excellence within the industry.
