Janey Milligan is the current Chairman of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Scotland representing over 9 000 members.
 

Janey is Managing Director of Construction Dispute Resolution and has wide experience in construction contracts specialising in providing contract advice to contractors and consultants in the construction industry, and in dispute resolution in the roles of Adjudicator and Arbiter.  She has been heavily involved in and has advised on a number of major construction projects in Scotland, and has also been appointed adjudicator in a number of prominent large disputes.

Initially qualifying as a quantity surveyor and after 15 years in private practice, Janey has lectured at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) on professional practice and construction contracts and continues to be a guest speaker on several masters' programmes at GCU.

Janey is also currently Vice-Chairman of the Dispute Resolution Policy Committee.
